  1. u00bd cup butter or margarine
  2. u00bd cup packed brown sugar
  3. 4 tablespoons golden syrup or corn syrup
  4. 3 cups rolled oats
  5. u00bc cup raisins

The instruction how to make English Flapjack

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a saucepan beyond low heat, complement the butter, brown sugar and golden syrup. Cook, stirring occasionally, until butter and sugar have melted. stir up in the oats and raisins until coated. Pour into an 7 or 8 inch square baking pan. The mix should be about 1 inch thick.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the culmination is golden. Cut into squares, subsequently next leave to cool totally utterly to the fore removing from the pan.
